1. Introduction
Welcome to The Junior Mentor, an online learning platform that provides guided project-based training, mentorship, and digital educational content. By accessing or using this website, enrolling in a course, membership or participating in any mentorship program, recruitment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.2. Definitions
- “We”, “us”, “our” refer to The Junior Mentor.
- “You”, “user”, “student” refer to anyone who accesses our platform or purchases our services.
- “Course” refers to any digital content, program, or guided learning experience offered on The Junior Mentor.
- “Membership” includes full course library access and InternSim access.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old, or
- Have permission from a parent/guardian if younger than 16.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect already-completed purchases.
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Paystack, Stripe, or EFT.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate.
5. Refund Policy
- Individual Courses: Any individual course purchased is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Membership (Full Course Access + InternSim): Memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of first enrollment only. After the 7-day period, refunds will no longer be available.
- Refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
- The Junior Mentor collects only the necessary information required to operate the platform.
- Data collected may be used internally to train AI models related to project management, client management, and other operational improvements.
- The Junior Mentor does not sell user data. All collected data remains internal and is never shared with external parties except payment processors.
7. Employment Disclaimer
The Junior Mentor does not guarantee employment. However, we aim to provide high-quality courses, projects, and mentoring designed to significantly improve your skills and boost your career in tech.8. Project Ownership
- All projects developed within The Junior Mentor ecosystem are owned by The Junior Mentor.
- Students may access and share their portion of the project code.
- Students may not commercialise, sell, or claim ownership of work they did not personally complete.
9. User Conduct
Users must agree to:
- Behave respectfully in all community spaces.
- Not harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
- Not share harmful, explicit, or inappropriate content.
- Follow all project submission and participation rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Junior Mentor is not liable for loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.11. Modification of Terms
